Cafe-Bar-Restaurant at La Maison Bleue

The philosophy ‘simple but excellent’ is mirrored in our restaurant: simple, unpretentious yet delicious dishes such as ‘Salade de Chévre Frais’ and ‘Daube de Boeuf’ - cooked in Grand Cru red wine. Our dishes are lovingly prepared, using only locally sourced, organic, ethical ingredients; most of which are coming directly from nearby farms who apply 100% biological and long-term sustainable farming methods.

From free-range eggs and hand-made goat cheeses, to seasonal vegetables and ethically and sustainably farmed premium meats, all aspects of the food-chain have been carefully considered and arranged accordingly.

Coffee, Cocktails & Wines - The Best by the Glass

Our Coffee

Our coffee has received special attention. Italy’s oldest family-owned coffee roaster, Caffé Vergnano from Turin have created several special blends for La Maison Bleue. But, it doesn’t stop here; a custom made coffee trolley has been crafted to showcase not only the three difference coffee bean blends to La Maison Bleue’s customers, but to grind the beans right at the customers table and prepare the coffee ‘Sur Place’, using either a legendary Italian Espresso machine, a U.S filter system or an Italian brewing pot.

Our Wines

Our small menu with daily specials is complemented by an extensive wine list which allows connoisseurs to combine their favourite comfort food with some of the world’s best wines. Thanks to the revolutionary Coravin system, our selection of fine wines can be enjoyed not only by the bottle, but by the glass at affordable prices.

The wine list features many second wines from legendary Bordeaux estates in the best Appellations that offer spectacular value for money. Our selection includes small producers of wine and of course, world renowned champagnes alike.

Our Cocktails

La Maison Bleue brings International cocktail culture to rural Provence. Our ‘En-Maison’ bar is fully stocked to satisfy Apertivo hours and late night Soirees, serving a curated selection of cocktail classics; from Americano’s and Negronis, to Manhattans and Gin & Tonics.
